Stichting The Crowd Versus (‘The Crowd Versus’) is committed to the privacy of all users to its website, www.thecrowdversus.org (‘Website’). To that end, The Crowd Versus has established this privacy policy (‘Policy’) to protect each user’s privacy. The Policy explains what and how The Crowd Versus collects, uses, stores, and protects the information gathered from its Website. When you have made a donation, The Crowd Versus will solely disclose your first name, last name, email address, country of residence and nationality to the beneficiary fundraiser(s) of the The Crowd Versus project of your choice. The Crowd Versus will not sell, trade, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information to any third party, unless stated otherwise in this Policy, or required by law, or as required to protect The Crowd Versus’ rights. The user database is subject to the Dutch Personal Data Protection Act.

There may be features on the Website allowing you to contact The Crowd Versus via email, which provides The Crowd Versus with your email address and certain other personal information contained in the email. By sending The Crowd Versus email, you consent to knowingly and voluntarily provide us with personal information.
